Damages and issues
I do my best to package everything securely but accidents happen. Please contact me immediately if your items arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items cannot be returned, but if slight changes are possible, I will do my best to make them happen.
I will notify you once I've received your return, and let you know when the refund is issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
